The primary objective was to maximize spatial efficiency while maintaining an elegant, minimalist street presence that blends seamlessly with the steep terrain of surrounding context.
Key responsibilities included producing highly detailed construction layouts, cross-sectional elevations, and coordinating structural specifications to comply with strict local zoning laws. The front elevation integrates custom security louvers alongside lush architectural landscaping elements on the multi-tiered podium structure.
